  • This position supports critical facility operations through the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems.
  • You will operate systems safely and efficiently in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures while ensuring optimal performance of building equipment.

Must-have

  • Monitoring refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning equipment
  • Complying with safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to learn building control systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, and power generation
  • Previous experience with preventative maintenance programs
  • Knowledge of government regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Key Requirements

  • Membership in International Union of Operating Engineers Local 877 AFL-CIO
  • Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job standards
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (3PM – 11PM), Tuesday through Saturday
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
