• Support the Customer Business influence the evolving policy and regulatory framework and define its strategic approach within that framework.
• Engage with senior management in ScottishPower including at CEO and Director level, providing advice and guidance to ensure ongoing compliance and support development of new products and services aligned to our strategy for the future energy retail market.
