Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years Employee Relations/Investigations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Management
  • Advanced knowledge of labor laws
  • Multi-state experience preferred
  • PHR or SHRM – CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
