Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive support of the Zendesk platform for over 50 customers, including new implementations, integrations, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Customize and maintain Zendesk settings, assist in developing training materials, build reports, and collaborate with IT and Customer Support teams for continuous improvement.
  • Be part of a global remote team, owning and maintaining documentation for Zendesk setup and issue resolution.
