Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support of the Zendesk platform for over 50 customers, including new implementations, integrations, maintenance, and monitoring.
Customize and maintain Zendesk settings, assist in developing training materials, build reports, and collaborate with IT and Customer Support teams for continuous improvement.
Be part of a global remote team, owning and maintaining documentation for Zendesk setup and issue resolution.
