PCBA manufacturing process definition
Design for Manufacturing and Assembly reviews
Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
Equipment and process qualification leadership
SMT, reflow, and wave soldering expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience working with EMS providers
Lean and Six Sigma process improvement tools
CAD or PCB viewer tool proficiency
Green Belt certification in Six Sigma
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in PCBA or electronic assembly manufacturing
At least 3 years in industrialization or NPI roles
Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)
