  • Green Belt certification in Six Sigma

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in PCBA or electronic assembly manufacturing
  • At least 3 years in industrialization or NPI roles
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)
