Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Social Work
  • Active RN, LVN, or LPN license
  • 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-cal, and Medicaid programs
  • Strong documentation and charting skills

Nice-to-have

  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential
  • PCC Knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment
  • Excellent time management in high-volume environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
