Job Summary
Design and drive programs that build strategic acumen, business fluency, and organizational alignment among director and senior leader populations.
Partner across the enterprise to reinforce strategy comprehension and execution, including integration of GM’s strategy framework into new hire orientation, leadership forums, and targeted training.
Manage and potentially launch enterprise programs such as New Executive Integration Program (NEI) and other executive-level capabilities workshops.
