Manage team performance, coach and mentor staff, oversee escalations, and drive process improvements, requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of benefits operations and compliance.
Key responsibilities span COBRA administration, FSA/HSA claims processing, 401(k) plan support, and end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) management, involving coordination with third-party vendors and ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
