Job Summary

  • As a core member of the East China direct sales team, you will be responsible for end-to-end project sales of Johnson Controls' building automation, control, and BMS related products, systems, and solutions.
  • Independently drive the complete sales cycle from opportunity acquisition, bidding, commercial negotiation to contract signing, delivery coordination, and payment collection, continuously achieving regional annual order, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Establish and maintain multi-level relationships with key clients such as owners, general contractors, design institutes, and consultants, continuously improving customer satisfaction.
