Job Summary
The Production Planner is responsible for creating and managing manufacturing schedules for infrared lens system production, ensuring materials and Work Orders meet production goals efficiently.
Primary duties include maintaining logs in Excel, generating Work Order documents in SAP, tracking lens serial numbers, and coordinating with Procurement and Materials Management teams.
The role requires participation in daily and weekly Production team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced production environment.
