Job Summary

  • This position aims to coordinate XP Operations activities and subcontracted Work Packages / Suppliers on behalf of Plants, deliver accurate & up-to-date XP operational visibility, and define & deploy recovery action plans.
  • Key accountabilities include coordinating XP Operations, subcontracted WPs and Plants Suppliers to ensure on-time and on-quality completion of reworks, analyzing technical impact of outstanding work, and validating priority of rework requests.
  • The role involves providing oversight of daily activities for Service Provider Subcontracted / Suppliers, monitoring schedule realization, solving critical and blocking items, and actively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Aviation Engineering
  • 2 year experience in Aviation Engineering
