Job Summary
This role is critical to ensuring safe and environment operations, legal compliance, sustainability and the deployment of Prysmian's Zero and Beyond safety culture.
The successful candidate will lead and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems while deploying corporate HSE standards.

Must-have
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems
HSE leadership roles within manufacturing
Investigation and closure of accidents
Proactive safety programs like BBS and DDS
Emergency response plans and drills

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to coach leaders and challenge unsafe behaviors
Analytical and data-driven mindset

Excellent communication and influence skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
+10 years of experience in HSE leadership roles
Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
