Job Summary

• The dietary aide's assignments are determined by the needs of the shift and they report to the Cook and Dietary supervisor.
• Essential duties include setting up meal trays, washing dishes, serving meals, operating the dishwasher, preparing nourishments, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• The role requires the ability to learn routines quickly, work cooperatively with personnel in all departments, and obtain a food handler's certificate.
