Job Summary

  • The Manager, Master Data Management, will drive the development and deployment of a comprehensive Master Data Management strategy across Life sciences sites, ensuring the item master initiatives including new part setups in Oracle ERP for manufacturing and finished goods as well as change management.
  • This position has both strategic (~25%) and tactical (~75%) aspects to it with a desire to increase the strategic delivery components.
  • Proactively leads an off-shore team of (currently) six (6) individual contributors and one (1) US based associates.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years’ experience
  • 10% travel required
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), preferred
  • Proven experience in Master Data Management
  • Experience selecting and deploying MDM tools
