Job Summary

  • The role has primary coverage of Structured Equity Finance, Equity Swaps, Delta One trading, and Structured Lending, supporting the continued growth of the Equity Division.
  • Partner closely with trading, finance, legal and infrastructure leadership to drive business growth through product innovation, balance sheet efficiency, disciplined financial resource management, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives for automation and AI implementation.
  • Oversee and monitor financial resource utilization, including capital (RWA), funding, and inventory associated with equity financing, swaps, and Delta One activities.
