Job Summary

  • Daily listen to voice files to meet campaign standards, perform quality control, and provide feedback to the Sales and Confirmation Call teams.
  • Check and correct Application Form completion, cut out success voice files for submission, and participate in team meetings and quality workshops.
  • Monitor Sales Quality of TSR’s, give recommendations for improvement, and ensure the Selling Script complies with OIC Regulation and Compliance.
