Job Summary

  • Lead enterprise execution of annual Talent Management cycles including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent reviews.
  • Design and manage Early Career Programs such as the General Management Development Program (GMDP) and Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP).
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Analytics, Communications, and segment leadership teams to drive talent initiatives.
