Job Summary

  • Participating in, organizing and directing the work of an assigned area and/or crew of trades, such as, Electricians, Plumbers, Maintenance Mechanics, Carpenters, Painters and other skilled workers engaged in maintenance and installation work on Student Housing and Community Services (SHCS) facilities, costing jobs and ordering required materials.
  • Includes: Annual Salary: As noted in this posting, plus an additional 7% Sub Head Premium rate on top of the regular salary. The monthly salary range is $7,550.99 – $8,096.69. Opportunity for Overtime at double time.

Salary

Base: $7,057.00 - $7,567.00 CAD Monthly; Bonus/Equity: Additional 7% Sub Head Premium; Benefits: 3 weeks vacation starting 2nd year, 4 weeks in 5th year, up to 6 weeks by 18th year, 3 additional days off between Christmas and New Year, 9.4% University Pension Contributions, Tuition Credit/Waiver up to 12 credits
