This role supports the full life cycle of M&A activities by preparing comprehensive financial pro forma analyses to inform enterprise integration decisions.
The ideal candidate must possess significant technical knowledge of integrated health care systems, including value-based care and reimbursement methodologies.
Candidates will lead due diligence efforts, manage risk identification, and provide 'look back' analysis to track expected versus realized impacts on the organization.
