Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years manufacturing leadership experience
Strong Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Ability to coach and mentor high performing teams
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Nice-to-have
SMT experience preferred
Knowledge of SAP for production planning
Familiarity with Agile PLM systems
Experience with PFMEA and control plans
Exposure to automation technologies
Key Requirements
College or university degree in engineering or business administration
5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and leadership
Proven track record driving lean manufacturing initiatives
