The primary role of the Groundskeeper is to maintain, repair and clean the grounds of the property, specifically the exterior and loading dock, with some tasks in common hallways and mall areas.
Perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and emergency repairs as assigned, taking over jobs outside the Duty Engineer's scope and adhering to safety and security procedures.
Possess advanced experience in property and landscaping care, strong knowledge of hotel equipment operation and repair, and the ability to perform various tasks including irrigation and cleaning equipment operation.
