Salary: From S$5,000 + Bonuses + Other attractive benefits Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm Nearest MRT: Eunos Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits, and talent management. Provide HR advisory and practical solutions on people-related matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation. Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organisational development initiatives. Manage workforce planning and support business expansion. Leverage HR technology and digital tools to improve HR efficiency and reporting. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions. Lead or participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects. RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager preferred. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS, Microsoft 365, and digital HR solutions. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in healthcare, logistics, transport, or service industries will be an advantage.
