Base: $184,800 - $277,200 USD (Primary location); $167,200 - $294,000 USD (Additional US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in U.S. Federal market
10+ years experience in Product Management or related field
Experience with federal HR systems like HR Connect, EmpowHR, FPPS
Knowledge of Title V, OPM Regulations, DOD Requirements, GPPA
Experience presenting to federal government executives
