Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide programs and strategies that foster inclusion, strengthen talent retention, enhance employee engagement, and support business performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end design, project management, and execution of the annual enterprise employee engagement survey, analyzing results to drive action plans.
  • Serve as a central point of support for all Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and advise leaders on best practices for inclusion and belonging.
