The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and participation in facility quality assurance and compliance programs.
The position requires effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare personnel while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.

Key Requirements
Current unencumbered LPN/LVN license
