Monitor and track inventory levels to replenish office supplies, stationery, and equipment promptly Manage relationships and communications with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth operations Greet visitors professionally and manage incoming phone calls by answering and routing inquiries accurately Organize and manage correspondence by sorting mail, drafting emails, and handling packages efficiently Looking for Singaporean/Singaporean PR or LTVP.
