Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Engineering will lead the end-to-end operational strategy, execution, and performance of the FLEx Sterile facility, shaping the operational culture from the ground up.
  • This leader will partner closely with engineering, quality, validation, EHS, supply chain, and program teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance with cGMP, aseptic processing, and safety requirements.
  • Operational excellence will be the hallmark of this role, implementing a performance system grounded in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics, leveraging lean methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
