The role involves designing, maintaining and improving workforce models while ensuring data accuracy, control and auditability across planning and HR systems.
The Workforce Planning Manager will partner with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and operational integrity.
