Must-have

  • 4+ years Project Management experience
  • 3+ years Relationship Management experience
  • 3+ years People Management experience
  • 2+ years qualitative or quantitative analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

Nice-to-have

  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Ability to foster innovation and continuous learning
