The Operations Resource Optimization Analyst sits at the center of the Sanctions Operations organization, focused on improving operational efficiency by analyzing data to optimize resources (people, time, processes) and ensuring these insights are communicated effectively across the organization serving as a key driver of operational excellence across our global footprint.
This individual will play a critical part in executing departmental strategies through deep cooperation with our international hubs, contributing to the continuous improvement of our risk and control framework.
Support the strategic management of global resources by analyzing operational trends, productivity, and efficiency across L1 and L2 functions within a Follow-the-Sun (FTS) model.
