Must-have
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
10 years experience in Animal Health industry
5 years working in swine farm
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Knowledge of swine diseases and production systems
Nice-to-have
MBA or Master Degree preferred
Experience with global team collaboration
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
Strategic planning and marketing strategy implementation
Leadership and mentoring abilities
