As a Commis de Pâtisserie, you will be responsible for participating in the preparation and realization of desserts, ensuring the mise en place of ingredients and equipment, while adhering to recipes, hygiene standards, and production quality.
Your missions include performing the necessary mise en place for dessert preparation, maintaining the cold room and product storage, and participating in the upkeep of the pastry station and adjacent areas.
