Job Summary
The Group Manager Production role provides full tactical and operational leadership for a factory operating surface treatment and cleanroom assembly in an ISO Class 7 environment, under GMP / Medical Device regulatory requirements.
You are responsible for the complete production organization, leading seven direct reporting managers, approximately 100 operators in the factory, and a complex manufacturing flow with ~40 process steps.
Own and implement EBS tools such as Daily Management (DM), Problem Solving Process (PSP), and Kaizen event for the entire factory.
