LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with contract specifications, and liaise with various stakeholders in the construction process. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience and a qualification in architecture or a related field, alongside strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

  • To organize and arrange all the necessity of the daily site operation matter, first thing in the morning.
  • Liaise with all consultants on any architectural design and construction issues and conduct architectural sub-contractor meetings.
  • Inspect architectural works carried out by sub-contractors and accompany client architect if necessary to inspect the works.
