Performs inspections and extensive preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, as well as basic diagnostic tests and minor repairs.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests, manages daily work orders, and assists with new equipment installation while identifying projects needing higher skill levels.
