The Program Director provides leadership for the Baptist Health–UAMS Family Medicine Residency Program to train compassionate family physicians committed to primary care.
This role requires maintaining continuity of leadership while overseeing recruitment, evaluation, and remediation of residents in compliance with ACGME requirements.
Candidates will receive a competitive compensation package including base salary, clinical incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and CME stipend.
