Job Summary
Coordinates and directs the daily activities of the work area, performing the same responsibilities as team members while providing work leadership to meet production goals.
Assists Process Engineering in document preparation and root cause analysis of issues involving high-level assemblies, ensuring appropriate training takes place for all team members.
The role requires standing up to 100% of the time, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and the ability to work overtime, respond to conflicting deadlines, changing priorities, and continuous interruptions.

Key Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent education AND technical school certificate OR equivalent education and training
Advanced reading, writing and math skills (12th grade level)
Advanced PC skills and proficiency in applicable Jabil software
Jabil QC certification required within three months
