  • Directs and monitors patient care staff while providing patient-specific education and implementing treatment prescriptions to ensure stable dialysis therapy.
  • Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and actively participates in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Current state RN licensure

  • ICU experience preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Completion of hemodialysis training course
  • Pass Ishihara Color Blindness test
