  • The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver preventative, follow up, and urgent care to patients, independently manage a panel of patients, and collaborate with MD partners and support staff.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years clinical experience preferred
  • Master’s degree in nursing required
  • Current Board certification as Adult or Family NP required
  • Extensive clinical in primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management
  • Experience managing patients independently
  • Experience using clinical data capture systems such as EPIC
