Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 support
  • Active Directory user and computer management
  • Symantec End Point Protection or similar security
  • Network printer and multi-function device troubleshooting
  • Remote troubleshooting and ticket queue management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Mac hardware and OS X support
  • Knowledge of CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks design tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and documentation creation
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in technology
  • Positive customer support focused attitude

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience supporting technical requirements
  • Preferred certifications: MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT, ITIL V3
