  • We are seeking an experienced O&M BMS engineer I with a strong background in data center infrastructure to oversee and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) at the University of North Dakota.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
  • 5–10 years' experience with BMS in data center/critical facility
  • In-depth knowledge of BMS platforms (Johnson Controls)
  • Familiarity with data center systems (HVAC, power, fire, access)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience with Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks protocols
  • Ability to work in 24x7 mission-critical environments
