Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Key Requirements
