Supervise the construction project resulting in successful project completion.
Recruit, organize, train, direct and coordinate field construction team including subcontractor’s direct hire work.

$125,000.00 - $195,800.00 Annual Salary

CPM job schedule responsibility
Assure work quality and set standards
Recruit, organize, and direct field team
Order materials and plan supply allotment
Document and complete punchlists
Review drawings and specifications
Nice-to-have
Develop owner and architect confidence
Perform start-up testing and turnover
Document final close-out and owner acceptance
Key Requirements
Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level
Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification
Working knowledge of all crafts
Knowledge of OSHA laws
Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
