Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, managing staff schedules, and participating in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role involves direct clinical duties such as admitting residents, starting IVs, monitoring medication passes, and reviewing care plans alongside administrative oversight of the nursing service department.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
