Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, managing staff schedules, and participating in quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
  • This role involves direct clinical duties such as admitting residents, starting IVs, monitoring medication passes, and reviewing care plans alongside administrative oversight of the nursing service department.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds minimum
