Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.
