  • Two (2) years of general experience
  • Must enroll in a certified CHW Training Program
  • Completed certified CHW training program
  • Four (4) years of experience as a CHW
  • Mastered all CHW Competencies for Level I
  • CHW certification from ARCHWA
  • Mastered all CHW Competencies for Level 1 & II
  • Nine (9) years of experience as a CHW
