Key Requirements

  • C&G Lv 3 2357 or equivalent apprenticeship
  • Minimum 3 years building maintenance experience
  • AM2 certification required
  • 18th Edition qualification mandatory
  • Current Full UK Driver's License
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent
  • Normal eyesight with colour vision
