Job Summary
This position will be early involved to designing phase to do new technology research and new process setup.
Lead cross functional team to make the new product from sketch to scale.
Provide professional support to mass production for process related issues; Support root Cause Analysis on the product quality and process failures from technical point of view and provide the solving solution.

Key Requirements
University degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc.
Profound knowledge and skills on Mech. related production
Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
Several years working experience as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in electronics manufacturing is preferred
