Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per physician treatment plan, recording daily and weekly progress notes.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and reporting equipment issues.
  • Communicate patient progress with supervisors and health team members, and instruct families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge preparation.
