Job Summary

  • The Title Curative Specialist - ATA is responsible for serving as a liaison between internal teams, loan officers, borrowers, and external partners to resolve title-related issues and ensure the successful issuance of title policies.
  • This role reviews title documentation, investigates and clears curative issues, and collaborates with underwriting and outsource partners to prepare title commitments in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
